Delete Your Account
Where one of our apps or games offers an account, you can permanently delete it from inside the app. You do not need to contact support first.
Delete Your Account in the App
- Open the app and sign in to your account.
- Open Settings.
- Select Account.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review the warning and confirm.
After a successful deletion, the app signs you out. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Progress and Purchases
Deleting your account also removes the progress, scores, and in-game items associated with it. Virtual currency and virtual items are licensed for use within a title, have no monetary value outside it, and are not refundable on deletion except where mandatory law provides otherwise. If you want to keep your progress, do not delete the account.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription in your store account to prevent future renewal charges. The app will warn you if it detects an active subscription and can take you to the store’s subscription settings.
What Happens to Your Data
We remove the account, its gameplay and progress records, and the associated personal data, subject to limited retention required for legal compliance, accounting, fraud prevention, security, or resolving disputes. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
Playing Without an Account
Some of our apps and games can be used without an account. Where no account exists, uninstalling the app removes the data held on your device, and there is nothing for us to delete on our side.
